The challenge.

BRP sought to implement a retail financing program for its Australian dealer network for its brands Sea-Doo and Can-Am. To do so, BRP needed the right financial partner to align with its business goals.
The challenge was to assess potential providers, negotiate the optimal partnership, and ensure a seamless rollout across more than 100 dealerships.
