People-first AI
Helping leaders and teams to navigate AI change with structure
Navigating the AI shift
For 15 years, I’ve led digital and organisational transformations across complex environments. Change management is the difference between strategy succeeding or collapsing in execution.
With the rise of AI, the same patterns are emerging, only faster, less linear and far more disruptive. As technology accelerates, cognitive load increases, decision cycles compress and uncertainty becomes constant. The challenge is no longer a single wave of change, but continuous waves reshaping how we think, decide and operate.
The organisations that will thrive won’t be those deploying tools the fastest. They will be those strengthening their people’s capacity to adapt.
My focus with this work is the human architecture of AI transformation:
Coaching leaders through uncertainty
Structuring where and how to begin
Designing adoption pathways that protect performance
Strengthening operating models to absorb continuous change
AI is part of my daily practice. I test it, push it, integrate it into my own and my clients’ workflows and observe first-hand how it reshapes decision-making and pressure. Combined with years of guiding complex change, this gives me a grounded perspective on what sustainable AI adoption truly requires.
