What will this program teach me - and what won't it?+
This is not technical training or implementation support. You will learn a clear leadership method for deciding where AI can create value, mobilising the right people, guiding the work and measuring what is worth scaling.
Do I need a technical background?+
No. This is a business and leadership program - not an IT program.
What will I have achieved by the end?+
Your organisation scanned, your AI direction defined, one real workflow selected and in redesign by the team that owns it, clear measures - and your personal Next-100-Days Roadmap.
How much time should I allow between sessions?+
Each live session is one hour, held fortnightly. Between modules, you will need focused time to apply the frameworks inside your organisation. The exact commitment will vary, but the program is designed to help you make better decisions earlier and avoid wasted effort later.
Can several people from the same organisation join?+
Yes - 1 to 3 participants per organisation. Leaders who bring core team members build shared ownership from day one.
What happens when I have a question between modules?+
You have direct written access to Eva between sessions, with a response within two business days - plus the private peer cohort. Nobody gets stuck between modules.
Are sessions recorded?+
Yes. Sessions are live and recorded - recordings and all materials are yours to keep.
What happens if I need support with implementation after the program?+
You will leave the program with the method, frameworks and clear next steps to lead the work internally. If you later need hands-on support with implementation, we can work with you through a tailored engagement, supported by specialist technical partners where required.
